Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential solution provider companies.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of sales prospects through written, voice, and online engagement.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive proposals, creating tailored sponsorship opportunities that align with prospects’ lead generation needs and goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring revenue delivery meets both baseline business metrics and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Production, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Foster long-term business relationships with clients, prioritising quality service and client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Conference Producer (B2B)

Responsibilities

  • Validate a product/topic
  • Secure event endorsements by strategic partner or key government stakeholder
  • Prepare value proposition briefs, marketing briefs, email copies, etc.
  • Programme research and develoment
  • Produce a clear structure event programme with a robust content
  • Speaker acquisition (15+ relevant high-quality speakers per event)
  • Write and deliver clear benefit-driven event copy
  • Content development
  • Suggest new format options and growth for the event
  • Ensure onsite delivery is executed with excellence
  • Identify opportunities for the development and growth of the conference

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Conference Producer or in a similar role within the events industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B conferences and familiarity with industry trends
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and invite high-profile speakers
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
